Location: Indonesia Department: Design Location: Indonesia Job Description Team and Role Introduction:
Team: Lazada AChoice. AChoice is a new BU of Lazada that leverages on the M2C model (Manufacturer 2 Customer) model to bring the best prices to buyers.Role: UI/UX Design for Logistics, Seller Center, Workstation, Buyer Channel E2E, and local design operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, to high quality design mockup flows and interactions.- Think analytically and able to solve problems.- Drive high quality design with key stakeholders that meets business target (Business, Tech, Operation)- Understand the importance of user-centered design and reflect the real user's design need.- Collaborating with 6 different country’s design team to align for consistency, conceptualising ideas, and quality management. - Creates visual concepts and designs that align with a channel’s identity and meet the needs of business and marketing teams. -Establish and promote design templates for banners and branding in Channel and come up with guidelines, best practices and standards.- Collaborating with 6 different country’s design team to align visual consistency, conceptualising ideas, and quality management. Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.- Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders.- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies in SEA.- Able to think analytically. - Work experiences more than 3-5 years.- English proficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Able to speak Chinese is a plus.- Proficiency in animated graphics and mobile design interactions.
